RESIDENT MANAGER team or individual wanted for a well-maintained family Mobile Home Community in the Flowing Wells area of Tucson.
JOB DISCRIPTION
The Resident Manager is responsible for maximizing income by attracting and obtaining new residents as well as maintaining good relations with existing residents. Additionally, the Resident Manager must ensure high quality facility operations through close supervision of grounds keeping, maintenance and repairs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Rent collection & reporting
Rule enforcement
Marketing, leasing and renting activities
Grounds keeping, maintenance & repairs
Repairs to Park owned mobile homes
REQUIREMENTS
Employment history confirming responsible management experience
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Availability to work weekends
Bilingual Helpful
