We are a premier electrical contractor currently looking for a full-time Service Coordinator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Service Coordinator will provide administrative support including AP/AR, scheduling service calls and document preparation. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities
Coordinate service electricians & small projects
Perform accounting tasks including invoicing, billing & data entry
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Monitor job status/completion, communicate with customers and suppliers, and internal reporting
Skills
High school graduate or equivalent required (Associate degree preferred)
2+ years experience working in an office setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Excel and Office
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Customer-service oriented
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Salary & Benefits
$12-16/hr DOE
