We complete a variety of construction projects from schools, auto dealerships, hotels, multi-family housing, and more. ABOUT THIS POSITION:
The marketing coordinator is responsible for supporting business development efforts administratively and creatively.
MINIMUM SKILLS: (Each of these skills is mandatory; submissions that do not clearly outline these skills will be discarded)
- Previous experience with construction marketing/business development.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Above average computer skills
- Ability to write formally with a professional but personable tone.
- Ability to create marketing materials for print and web (brochures, booklets, presentations, banners, misc. graphics, etc.)
- Knowledge of both Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with complete management of corporate social media
- Exceptional level of creative problem-solving skills. This position requires a lot of "digging" and persistence to get the information you'll need.
