Summary:

The Production Supervisor duties include: but are not limited to; assisting in managing production leads and employees. Oversee all aspects of production including all digital logs, maintain daily production flow, assuring quotas are enforced and goals are met. Supervise in managing production to maintain correct quality control and consistent pace. Set standards and coordinate functions through clear communication with production staff, while working closely with the Director of Operations to ensure all functions are achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain consistent and clear communication amongst Kitchen / Packaging and Inventory Supervisors/Leads to meet and maintain strict labor hours, steady flow of production and keeping the entire team on task

- Direct line of communication with Sales team to facilitate production/sales department needs

- Involved in the care/maintenance/trouble-shooting of machines used in production (demolder/sugar-sander/depositor/auto-depositor)

- Communicate and schedule performance reviews for each employee, utilizing feedback from Production Leads

- Ensure training of production staff is being followed and recorded in proper training logs

- Maintain the following: Kitchen Deductions/Product Development/Plant Inventory/Wyld Order

- Form/Inventory/HR Log/Expense Reports

- Compliant label generation and approval

- Production Records - communicating dosing and production plans

- Plant Inventory - collect cycle counts from Kitchen/Packaging/Inventory

- Complete individual and team tasks as assigned while maintaining efficient production floors

- Fill in as Kitchen Lead, Packaging Lead and Inventory Lead as needed

- Make recommendations to management regarding personnel evaluation and training of kitchen and packaging teams

- Assist the Director of Operations and Department Leads with day to day Operations

-Some job duties may necessitate the use of hairnets, gloves, a back brace, and/or non slip shoes

Qualifications:

- Education: Associate's degree preferred

- At least 2 years of directly related experience and/or training in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably food or beverage packaging; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment

- Must have strong attention to detail

- Must have at least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Data Analysis and Google Drive

- Certificates, Licenses, & Registrations:

Ability to pass Criminal Background Check.

Ability to obtain a Dispensary Agent Registration Card

Food Handler’s card a plus

- Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written

- Math Skills: Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required between buildings and sites

- State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older

Compensation:

As a Non-exempt employee, you'll receive an hourly wage of $22-26/hr, PTO and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
