Desert Precision Mfg., Inc. is a manufacturer of precision sheet metal products. We are currently seeking a full time Foreman. This position consists of supervising and coordinating activities of our work crew engaged in the fabrication of custom precision sheet metal products. Some of the job responsibilities include: opening and closing the production shop for the day, establishing and adjusting work sequences to meet production schedules using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel, studying schedules and estimating worker-hour requirements for completion of job, analyzing and resolving work problems, maintaining time records and coordinating schedules.
