Conveniently located just off the I-10 freeway in Marana, InterLnX is a comprehensive sub-contract manufacturer of electronic interconnects, wire harnesses, and sub-assemblies. We are currently looking for a Janitor/Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Title: Janitor and Maintenance Technician

Job Duties:

Coordinate with the Vice President or Facilities Manager regarding maintenance and cleaning projects and scheduling.

Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on InterLnX equipment IAW existing maintenance schedules.

Perform facilities maintenance, which may include:

ïƒ Drywall Patching/Repair

ïƒ Painting

ïƒ Plumbing

ïƒ Electrical/Lighting

ïƒ HVAC

ïƒ Landscaping

Disposing of hazardous materials and ensuring the upkeep of the hazardous material storage area.

Floor Maintenance

Utilize maintenance task code(s) while performing maintenance task and follow standard task clock guidelines.

Perform regularly scheduled facilities cleaning, which may include:

ïƒ Sweeping and mopping of floors

ïƒ Vacuuming

ïƒ Dusting

ïƒ Emptying trash and recyclables

ïƒ Cleaning Restrooms

ïƒ General cleaning of kitchen areas

Periodic deep cleaning of specified areas

Restocking of first aid kits

Restocking of restrooms and all towel dispensers

Organization of cleaning supply closets

Fill out and submit order requisitions for cleaning and first aid supplies

Qualified Candidates should:

Have experience in general facilities maintenance.

Have experience with plumbing maintenance.

Have experience with electrical systems maintenance.

Have experience with OSHA requirements.

Be familiar with Hazardous Materials communication and disposition.

Possess a strong attention to detail.

Be dependable, professional, and take pride in the quality of their work.

Be capable to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

- Hourly: Starting Pay is $11 “ $14.00 DOE

- Hours: 40 hour/week, Monday “ Thursday 6am-4:30pm

- Reports to: VP Operations

Job Prerequisites

Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Ability to work with hand tools and power tools.
