A LARGE NATIONAL property management company (Asset Campus Housing) in need of a Maintenance Tech person near The University of Arizona for a garden style off campus, student housing apartment complex (Stone Avenue Standard).
The Maintenance Tech position is basic maintenance and work orders with a grounds and cleaning focus. This is a good entry level position to learn the maintenance tech skills. This position is part-time- 20 hours per week, but sometimes works up to 40- depending on projects.
