Qualifications:
- Communicates well with team members and patients
- At least 1 year of previous dental experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced growing environment
- Knowledge of insurance coverage
- Open Dental experience a plus but willing to train
