The in-home caregiver's purpose is to provide assistance for elders to maintain independence while they are healing from an illness, injury or related decline. The daily care goal is to support the senior in their unique healing process and help them achieve their highest level of functioning and independency possible, while still living in their own residence.
Responsibilities:TransportationMeal preparation.Incontinence Management.Light housework.Memory care.Bathing.Medication reminders.Hospice compliment care.
