DescriptionAvailable for an immediate full-time, Robert Half Finance is searching for a skilled, eager, and strong candidate to fill the role of an Accounting Manager for an expanding, influential company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. You will establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. This is a fulfilling opportunity to work for a company that recognizes and rewards hard work as an Accounting Manager. Team up with accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
Play key role in implementation of NetSuite Financials including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration
Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures
Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet close deadlines
Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes
Review and analyze balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant
Command sufficient knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Requirements
CPA/MBA preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
5+ years of recent relevant financial experience
Analyze Financial Statements experience
Proven technical skills
