Frontier Towing is seeking an weekend and evening dispatcher.
Frontier Towing is one of Tucson largest towing companies serving the needs of Tucson and southern Arizona. We transport or haul any type of vehicle ( light, Medium, or Heavy) as well as construction equipment . We also preform 4X4 recoveries.
JOB SUMMARY
Evening Tow Truck dispatcher / inbound call taker.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Take calls from stranded motorist.
Communicate to tow drivers where disabled vehicles are located.
Be able to identify closest available tow truck to disabled vehicle.
Be able to recognize different makes and models of vehicles
use computerized software for dispatch and data entry
Process credit cards
Assist with any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Able to work in a busy environment
Work well with others
Great telephone voice and likes to talk to people
Able to wear many hats and help others when needed
Organized and able to think strategically
Be able to multi-task
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Able to work weekends
Required to maintain a neat appearance
