JOB DESCRIPTION
The Resident Manager(s) are responsible for collecting the rents, maintaining good tenant relations and supervising the maintenance of the community.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Rent collection & reporting
Rule enforcement
Marketing, leasing and renting activities
Grounds keeping, maintenance & repairs
REQUIREMENTS
Prior management experience
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Availability on call for emergencies
Bilingual Helpful
