We are looking for an individual that is self motivated, team oriented, knowledgeable, flexible schedule, and can be self managed. Construction estimating experience is a plus. Xactimate experience is a plus. Previous experience in Crawford, Farmers, State Farm or alacrity is going to set you at the top of my resume stack. You will be estimating mitigation jobs. We are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule. Your compensation depends on experience AS OF TODAY WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PROSPECT.
