Full-time Accountant / book keeper wanted on remote work basis.
Responsibilities:
Work with clients to get data necessary for monthly compilation
Enter business activity
Reconcile monthly bank statements to activity
Prepare invoices and pay client invoices, as needed
Prepare and file Sales Tax returns
Prepare and file Payroll for clients
Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
Keep balanced financial statements to assist with tax return preparation
Perform all other necessary office tasks
