Accounting Assistant
Looking for a detail oriented, organized individual to assist the Controller with the Accounting Dept. Must have accounting knowledge. Duties include but not limited to matching purchase orders to invoices for Accounts Payable. Daily billing of invoices for Accounts Receivable, Delivery Picks for daily deliveries. Preparations and mailing of pre-liens and filing of all documents. If you are a hard worker and you are able to MULTI-TASK, and like the challenge of a FAST-PACED environment please send your resume.
