DescriptionRobert Half has immediate opportunities for an Operations Legal Specialist to support a national corporate client's office in Tempe, AZ. Tasks in this role will focus on reviewing documentation and data entry. All candidates must have strong computer skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal full time temp to hire role; especially for those with a background in supporting legal/processing, entry-level banking, insurance, or title companies.Responsibilities may include: Reviewing documentation for important information. Data Entry into the company's internal database. Reads, interprets, researches and processes subpoenas, levies and other legal documents. Responds to inquiries from external customers, internal team members, government agencies and outside attorneys. Assisting the team with other administrative tasks as needed.This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing office and gain exposure to legal work supporting the legal department.RequirementsRequirements: Experience in a professional office, administrative, data entry, legal, or processing role. Exposure to legal or financial documentation preferred. A positive disposition, ability to multi-task and take initiative.
