Barnett's Propane is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work out of our Sierra Vista, AZ location. Our ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, responsible, detail oriented, and well organized. You must be willing to go above and beyond your day-to-day duties to add value to our growing organization.
To be considered for this position you must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You will also need to multi-task and prioritize your daily work for completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Greet customers, answer phones
- Take fuel orders
- Process customer payments
- Setting up new accounts
- Scheduling service calls
- Balancing sales sheets
- Processing deliveries
- Performing monthly billing cycle for all customers
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- Hours of work are from 8:00-5:00 M-F
- One Saturday per month (8:00-12:00) is required during the winter months of October-March
- You must be available for back-up on call propane emergencies in case the Manager isn't available
