Mountain Vista Communities, the Fort Huachuca housing management company, is looking for a dependable individual to fill a full-time position as a Groundskeeper, Monday-Friday, on Fort Huachuca.
Job Description:
Responsible for assisting Maintenance Office with groundskeeping as well as occasional general labor such as: housekeeping, painting and general maintenance repairs.
Required Qualifications:
· Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time.
· Preferred minimum of one-year experience or training as general laborer with knowledge in any or all of the following: groundskeeping, painting, housekeeping, orfloor work (stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, etc.)
· Must be able to read and write legibly to complete required maintenance reports and requests, review manuals and operating instructions, read cautionary labels, and respond to written instruction from staff and residents.
· Ability to present a professional appearance
· Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must be able to pass drug and background check
