Responsibilities and Duties:
As a primary Caregiver, you will provide support to patients in a meaningful way to add value to their lives
This position includes driving to our various patient locations and providing continuous care and assisting patients with activities of daily living
Transfer/Ambulation
Medication Management
Light housekeeping
Laundry
Bathing - Shower assistance
Meal Preparation
Shopping/Errands/Doctor's appointments
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience OR CNA Licensed OR HHA
Certified under 3 levels of Caregiver
CPR, First Aide card
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient locations
Must clear a criminal background check, driving records and drug screen
2+ professional reference
