At AIRES, we have an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people we support with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities plus the elderly on a daily basis.
Program Managers make a difference in the lives of the people we support by helping those live fulfilling lives in their community. The Program Managers provide a wide range of services and supports. Managers assist in the development and delivery of quality of services and engaging activities that meet the individuals needs. Program managers train staff, implement individualized service plans (ISPs), oversee day-to-day operations, and staffing. They assure compliance with all licensing requirements as well as communicate with DDD. They prepare incident reports for both internal and external agencies as needed. Program Managers work with the Program Director to oversee and provide care and supervision to those we support.
AIRES seeks a passionate leader who can successfully assist in directing program staff to provide high quality services to individuals we support. In this role, you will help manage the day-to-day operations with the support of the Program Director.

Qualifications:
High energy, goal-oriented, and an ability to inspire people
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Demonstrated leadership ability
Ability to effectively establish and maintain meaningful relationships
Must be at least 21 years of age with relatively clean driving record
Ability to coordinate activities and services to meet the on-going needs of individuals supported
Must successfully complete AIRES training
Ability to obtain and keep Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
