Douglas, AZ - On Site Manager & Maintenance Person Needed for Small Residential Building
Maintenance experience expected from a motivated, energetic and self-directed candidate or team! Low Income/Tax Credit experience is desired.
Duties include:
Performing general maintenance in units and around the common areas;
Maintaining and cleaning the common areas;
Perform property landscaping maintenance;
Scheduling and overseeing outside vendors;
Quickly turning units at tenant move-out;
Big Plus with "handyman experience".
Answering calls from tenants, management and prospective tenants;
Troubleshooting onsite problems;
Enforcing property rules & regulations;
Serving notices;
Marketing vacancies and
Timely leasing of vacated units.
The ideal candidate(s) will be effective in evaluating & resolving problems and effectively communicating how the problem was managed and resolved. The ideal candidate(s) will demonstrate great communication and organization skills in addition to a service-oriented attitude. Bi-lingual is a plus but not necessary (Spanish/English preferred). This job requires that you live on-site, and does come with a monthly concession.
