Trident Security Services has an amazing opportunity to work as an Unarmed Security Guard at an Upscale Residential Community in Payson, AZ. We are hiring a FULL-TIME Unarmed Security Guard to observe, report, and provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors.

Uniform Maintenance Program
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
Security: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent education (GED).
Security Officer Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, offering assistance, and making recommendations.
Intermediate computer skills required to prepare comprehensive reports, professional correspondence, etc.
Understand, follow, and promote adherence to standard operating procedures, post orders, and directives.
Professionally perform post duties while maintaining a professional appearance.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure safety and security on-site, promote safety programs and initiatives.
Handle sensitive material and information, in doing so, remain confidential at all times.
Occasionally de-escalate tense situations with dissatisfied visitors and residents.
