We are hiring and have a position requiring a special people person. We have combined two part time positions into one full time management position. AIRES has a unique opening for a full time position that wears multiple hats as the office manager and home based care coordinator. This position consists of two distinct areas and responsibilities.

Part of the position is the front office/administrative assistant for its White Mountain office. The position title is Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the local management team, carrying out centralized business processes, acting as the public point of contact, and ensuring the operation and maintenance of the office. The Office Coordinator serves as an important point of contact to the managers and staff who work at our off-site locations. The Office Coordinator position is similar to a secretary and/or office manager but is more than just a desk job.

In addition, the other part of this position is the home based care coordinator. We are looking for a compassionate, hard working individual who wants to make a difference in someone's life. We are looking for a person who shares our commitment to provide services with respect, compassion, and excellence. This entry level manager position assists with scheduling home based services and supervisory supports to the home based care program plus works some online hours too. This position shares in the on-call management rotation for weekends every few weeks.

AIRES provides services to the disabled and the elderly. AIRES is a team based office with an exceptional work environment. Office attire is business casual.

Successful candidates must be organized and able to multi-task. Comfort and familiarity with computers is a plus. This is not your typical desk job. Our staff do a variety of tasks and are hard working, organized, and flexible.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old

Have an AZ Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Be able to pass a background check and obtain a level 1 clearance card

Successfully complete AIRES training

Some experience in human services field needed

Some weekend and on-call time required.

Must be at least 21 years of age with relatively clean driving record

Ability to effectively establish and maintain meaningful relationships

Must successfully complete AIRES training

Ability to obtain and keep Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
