Self storage facility in Lakeside is taking applications for a 35 hour a week managers position. An experienced applicant would be a plus but not mandatory. Hours are Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm.
Job duties include showing, renting, cleaning and vacating storage units, greeting and assisting customers, answering phone calls and internet inquiries. Communicating with the Head Office and management. Reconciling payments and making deposits, making delinquency calls and following lien procedures and filing reports and documentation.
In addition to office related work, being able to perform lite maintenance, such as picking up trash, cleaning vacant units, some lite landscaping, office cleaning, and minor repair issues is a must.
Must be a dependable self starter who can work with minimal direct supervision. Must be computer literate. Training will be provided for our specific software. Must have excellent customer service and phone skills.
Must be able to pass a complete background check, have a valid U.S. Drivers license and a bank account for direct deposit. Must be able to pass E-Verify.
Pay starts at $11 per hour.
