Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Arizona Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team at Arizona State Prison Complex - Yuma located in San Luis, Arizona.Day ShiftThe Medical Assistant works under the direction of the RN or LPN and is responsible for monitoring patient vital signs, implementing orders for diagnostic lab test, and assisting the Physician with minor procedures. Additionally responsibilities include recording EKGs, maintaining and cleaning medical equipment, and collecting data for Quality Improvement programs, as assigned.We offer excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits for our full-time team members including:

Current Arizona Medical Assistant license/certification
Current CPR
Corrections experience preferred, not required
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
