Canyon Auto & Truck Repair is looking for a Service Writer to join our team. Customer Service skills necessary for this job! Job includes direct interaction with customers by scheduling, assessing customer's repair concerns/comments, explaining necessary repairs and costs to customer and creating any estimates requested by customers. The Service Writer is also responsible for writing service orders/repair orders and assigning work to appropriate technician, ordering necessary parts for the repairs, and communication with technicians completing repairs. Computer skills required as well as ability to work as a team with other Service Writers and Shop Manager. We offer competitive salary for Service Writer determined by experience.
