We are searching for a qualified landscape designer and salesperson to join our team. We are willing to train if we feel the candidate is a right fit for our modern company atmosphere.
This person will be responsible for meeting the client (scheduled by our team), designing their dream yard within their budget and within a 5 day period using software, maintaining communication and embracing our friendly customer service atmosphere.
This is a commission based position that has a great earning potential. We have around 15 sale leads very week coming in through advertising.
Responsibilities:
Run anywhere from 5-10 leads per week
Minimum 20% closing ratio
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers
Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience landscape sales/design, 1-2 years preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients
Team Player, Self Motivator
Deadline and detail-oriented
