Looking for a phone operator/scheduler for a busy orthopedic practice
Requirements:
Previous experience in medical- preferred
Previous experience in scheduling- preferred
Good oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent data entry, organizational, and phone skills
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
Great team player with a positive attitude
Working with and communicating with various doctors offices in the area
Medical terminology
Daily Responsibilities:
Work with front office lead to ensure patients calling in are being scheduled appropriately
Prepare all necessary paperwork for patients
Pre- Register patients over the phone and collect vital information
Complete insurance verification
