Small established professional firm in Prescott is currently seeking an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to provide office support on a part time or full time, permanent basis. Ideal applicant is organized, a self-starter, and versatile, with attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential with some experience in accounting and Quickbooks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reporting Payroll, processing mail, answering phone calls, maintaining client files and marketing.
