Job Summary / Overview:
This position is responsible for data entry support in the Claims department.
Success in the role is measured on:
The ability to:
Communicate with various administrative staff throughout the day.
Prioritize requests and tasks.
Complete tasks as assigned in a quality manner and update staff on status.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains database by entering new and updated mental health record information.
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Establishes entry priorities.
Processes peer Member account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the claims team leader for resolution.
Enters peer members account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verifies entered peer member account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
Combines data from two systems when account information is incomplete.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Maintains peer member’s confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Attention to detail
Education:
A High School Diploma or GED.
Data entry experience or related office experience
Minimum Qualifications:
A valid unrestricted Arizona Driver’s License
Drug test clearance
Background Clearance
Verified legal status to work in the United States.
