Job Description
We’re looking for dedicated and hard-working people to join our team and fill a variety of openings within our local manufacturing company. Will train for several roles. Candidates with manufacturing experience a plus.

You have a very strong work ethic and will follow all operational and safety processes and procedures to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
You’re a pro at being able to navigate a fast-paced work environment safely and to be flexible and adaptable when the situation requires it.
You have a very strong attention to detail and won’t skip the small stuff.
You have good communication and follow through skills.
You are able to work independently or as part of a team with guidance.
You may already possess manufacturing expertise and skills or wish to learn and develop new skills to advance your career.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You enjoy being hands-on and will work in a manufacturing environment, operating appropriate equipment and performing tasks with a great deal of precision.
You will be an integral member of our team and work proactively with team leads and management to ensure customer requirements are met.
You will maintain accurate operation records and logs as directed.
You will support and follow all quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
You can push, pull, or lift a minimum of 20 - 25 pounds if relevant to job duties.
SALARY: $14.00 TO $20.00/HOUR depending upon position and experience level.
