Administrative Marketing Assistant Position.

Busy real estate team seeks Administrative Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a sharp mind, a positive outlook, and excellent communication, computer and organizational skills. He or she will be a self-starter with a background in sales, title or lending. Experience in marketing and social media is also preferred. The assistant will serve the needs of three full time real estate agents and assist the team in achieving their goals which will include CRM management and marketing, specifically. We are not interested in candidates who wish to be Realtors, though holding a real estate license will be considered a bonus. Full time salaried position with a 90 day trial period paid at an hourly rate of $17.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on experience. After that, salary range of $36,000 to $42,000 per year, depending on experience, plus quarterly bonuses and 10 days yearly PTO.
