Essential Duties:
Oversees and manages daily food preparation and quality.
Adheres to and upholds safe cleaning and sanitary practices.
Assists Chef in cost control measures, inventory, ordering, recipe standards. etc.
Trains and supervises associates in the proper preparation of menu items and operation of equipment
Performs other duties as required.

Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears. Frequently uses hands. Regularly reaches with arms and hands. Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, tastes or smells. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds. Ability to perform job function in required PPE.
