We are seeking a dependable up-beat Floor Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our team in a small active retail shop near downtown Prescott. This position requires excellent presentation and speaking skills, a friendly demeanor and a strong understanding of customer service.
You will become well versed in our products mostly through self-study. You will communicate interesting facts about them to our guests, listen to their needs and make recommendations accordingly. As a key responsibility, you will be in charge of custom orders from placement to fulfillment.
Elevated management, customer liaison, product coordination, purchasing, marketing and sales practices are key attributes for this position. Strong culinary experience is a plus.
Customer Service Representative duties and responsibilities include:
Dependability and reliability, able to work a flexible schedule as needed
Work with other team members and leaders to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Promoting sales though culinary experience
Prioritizing and Multitasking
Ability to fluently provide information about all products
Independently researching and updating personal knowledge of all products
Making sure all special orders are fulfilled or able to be fulfilled
Taking deposits for special orders in person or over the phone
Tracking inventory, managing purchase orders and production schedules.
Daily communication with production manager
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
Self-Motivation
Friendly and Professional demeanor
Organization and reliability
Basic computer skills (operating computerized cash register, ordering merchandise for customers, entering and tracking inventory)
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving and ability to think and learn quickly
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Reliable transportation
Must be willing to submit to a background check
Culinary experience is a plus
