We are Main Place Floor & Window Fashions, a 30+ year Retail/Contractor in the Verde Valley and Sedona area. We sell and install Flooring, Shower Enclosures, Cabinetry, Window Treatments, and Countertops. We are looking for an individual to fill our Operations Manager position. This is a top level salaried Management position within the organization and will be relied upon to help direct the company and staff. This is a high activity position, so the ability to multi-task, while maintaining a professional demeanor, is a must.
Job Duties:
Schedule projects
Manage incoming materials
Prepare projects for execution
Schedule Technicians
Recruit, train, and manage Technicians
Execute improvement projects
Manage warehouse & storeroom
Manage warranty and repair activities
Complete minor repairs occasionally
Install window treatments occasionally
Manage store and warehouse repairs and improvements
Required Experience:
Must have experience in similar activities or trades
Must have a positive and helpful attitude
Must be detail oriented
Must be dependable
Must have good communications skills, both written and verbal
Must have good computer skills
