Vacancy caducado!
At Farmers Insurance in Northern Arizona, we are looking to add new agents in Yavapai County, and have two great entry points in becoming an Agency Owner with Farmers Insurance.
The first is the ability to purchase an existing Farmers Insurance Agency with a client/ income base in place. We currently, have one agency for sale in Prescott, AZ which has produced over $1,000,000 in premium and generated over $110,000 in commissions during 2019.
Our second entry point allows an individual to begin their journey as a Farmers Agent from the ground up, starting from scratch. Under this program, a new Agency Owner can work out of our local District Office for their first 12 months and receive the below accelerated commissions and bonuses their first three years with Farmers:
Up to 27% commissions on new business auto policies
Up to 42% commissions on new business home policies
$2,500 signing bonus
Up to a $300 per month Marketing Bonus
Regardless of entry point here are some benefits Farmers Agents enjoy:
Training, mentoring, and support from our District Office.
Highly competitive commission and renewal structure.
Financial Ownership in your agency – build equity for retirement.
Flexible hours, take control of your time and no working holidays.
Group health and dental benefit plans
Additional bonuses for Military Veterans available
The primary responsibility of the position is to drive and grow new business revenue. You'll manage client relationships to ensure that your clients' needs and requirements are met. This will require you to serve as their advocate within Farmers to provide them with a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and options.
Qualified applicants would need to provide proof of liquid assets and insurance licenses in Property, Casualty, & Life for the state of Arizona, as well as be able to pass a background check.
