Prescott Valley electronics company is currently seeking an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to provide office support on a full time, permanent basis. This is a critical position to the company as this person is responsible for all the day to day accounting and office administration. The ability to handle different duties simultaneously with interruptions is essential.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reporting Payroll, weekly and quarterly payroll taxes (941, 940, state withholding, etc.), inventory control, answering phone, online sales, invoicing and shipping orders.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, Word and Access. Experience in domestic and international shipping with software such as UPS, FedEx and USPS is a plus. Salary range around $25 per hour depending on experience! Send resume with phone number. Hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm.
