Yavapai Landscaping is looking to fill the position of Financial Controller/Bookkeeper.
This position is a full/part time, depending on what fits. Quickbooks Online experience is a must. Pay rate is based on experience and will be discussed in the interview. Yavapai Landscaping offers a full benefits package available for full/part time employment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Keep accurate records of financial transactions and create basic financial statements.
Perform basic A/P management.
Perform basic A/R management.
Create customized daily, weekly, and monthly financial report.
Establish and maintain a Chart of Accounts.
Reconcile on a monthly basis.
Close out the end of the year books.
Job costing
Will also include light administrative duties (Answering phones, setting appointments, etc.)

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate complex data clearly
Excellent data entry skills
Great interpersonal and customer service skills
Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
