Local Drywall and Paint Sub-contractor looking for an accounting assistant.
This position will include a range of duties from Accounts Payable to Accounts Receivable and some admin tasks.
We need someone who has experience in all areas of bookkeeping and accounting to assist the dept.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Accounts Receivable - Creating and distributing billing, backup and assist AR clerks with billing admin
Accounts Payable - Checking pricing and quantities on material bills, following up with vendors, data entry into Sage 300, backup and assist AP Clerks with AP admin
Cash receipts
Deposits
Assist with check runs
Scanning and filing electronically
Admin duties as needed
Skills:
Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) experience required
General office experience
Ability to multi-task
A/R, A/P, Bookkeeping experience required
Must be dependable
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Take direction well
Must have a drive to learn and accept responsibility

This position will assist all aspect of the accounting department. If you have a mixed bag of office and accounting experience, we are looking for you.
