Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are a fun, passionate team making buying a home, faster, easier - and cheaper - than any other realtor out there. We are growing the team we need thought partners and smart leaders to help us improve the experience of buying homes for everyone.
About the role:
The KeyGlee engineering team is small, but effective. Our lean team works across the entire company to help sell thousands of homes a year, with expansion in the works to sell even more. We also create one-of-a-kind internal tools to enable our in-house operations team to deliver world-class support to potential home buyers.
As our first senior full-stack software engineer, youll work on all of that. Youll build features. Youll own the infrastructure that our apps are hosted on. Youll lead our engineering team to produce fast, scalable solutions in a modern software development environment. Youll work directly with our operations team to refine our internal tools. Most importantly, youll find learning, growing, and coding to be as fun as the rest of the team, and help us all accomplish our goals together.
Here are some examples of work you might tackle:
Build APIs to allow new types of marketing, operations, and integrations with KeyGlee.
Expand our current integrations to accommodate more volume and scale.
Create new buyer experiences and messaging to make it even easier to buy their dream home.

Youre a senior-level engineer with 5+ years experience working as a full-stack or back-end developer
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related work experience
Curious with a constant desire to learn new things
Experience in scaling technology organizations.
Some technologies that we work with:
We write our applications in Ruby (using Rails) and Python scripts.
We work in the MEAN stack.
Were constantly integrating with new REST APis.
We deploy our applications on AWS using Convox (but may use Heroku in the future).
We write our iOS and Android app using Flutter.
