-Min 1 year experience on the Door
-Posative attitude
-Ability to follow directions
-Have listening and problem solving skills
-Handle any situation with a level head
-Have reliable transportation
-Punctuality and Open availability a must
-Strong knowledge of ID's
-knowledge of liquor laws
-Ability to work in a team environment
