Phalanx Tactical Security Group is currently looking for 3 experienced, licensed, ARMED guards to join our growing team. Full time hours currently available. We are very selective on who we hire on to join our crew. Experienced armed guards, prior Law Enforcement, and VETS are strongly encouraged to apply. REQUIREMENTS:
ARMED and unarmed licenses
Valid driver’s license
Duty sidearm Quality Striker firer 9mm or 40 with three magazines and hollow point ammunition
Level 2 holster with hood at the least Level 3 is highly recommended weapon light recommended
lll/A vest either concealable or black outer
O/D green BDU or tactical paints
Up to date smart phone Apple or Android and the ability to write detailed reports
Black duty belt and gear
Body camera or some form of recording devise
Reliable transportation
Good physical condition, ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to work nights weekends and Holidays
Preferred certs:
CPR/AED/FIRST AID
Taser, O.C., Handcuff, Baton
Self Defense Training
