Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Professional Scientific Services® (PSS) is searching for a 3rd Shift Aseptic Manufacturing Associate in Phoenix, AZ.
Employee Responsibilities:
Execute and train personnel on production activities required to successfully manufacture sterile injectable products
Ensure equipment, materials, and other resources are in place to meet production demands
Operate Microsoft Applications (for charting, presentations, etc.) and other computer based systems utilized in the manufacturing department (i.e., MES, HMIs, etc.)
Setup and trouble-shoot specialized manufacturing equipment
Execute complex activities independently, as well as in a team environment
Apply continuous improvement ideas and participate in projects
Handle hazardous materials in compliance with site, industry, local, and federal regulations
Complete detailed and accurate documentation, and address procedural/documentation errors expeditiously and effectively
Update job knowledge by participating in job specialized training requirements
Project a positive attitude and represent a good example for other team members
Perform other tasks, as assigned
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
Job specific proficiency in mathematics
Practical understanding of how to operate specialized manufacturing equipment used for sterile injectable products
Ability to gown into applicable controlled areas per specific area classification requirements
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day, utilizing controlled movements and be in good physical condition for lifting and physical work
Good knowledge of cGMPs
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma, or equivalent, but Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to pass a full physical including a respiratory certification, with annual monitoring
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

This position is full-time, 3rd shift, 9:30pm - 6:00am Sunday through Thursday. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Phoenix, AZ are encouraged to apply.
