Collaborate with developers in creating automated unit and regression testing suites. Participate in product delivery teams leveraging an Agile framework. Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features and enhancementsSKILLS:• Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations. Some experience with project methodology.•Must have at least 3 years of salesforce.com administrative and support experience.• Working knowledge of business processes and systems, programming, and systems analysis procedures.• Knowledge of project techniques and practices.• Knowledge of configuration management and change management.• Basic understanding of Agile principles• 5 plus years of business analyst experience in analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements on Salesforce related development projects• 3 plus years of experience in QA• 3 plus years of experience using SCRUM methodology• Strong problem solving, analysis, and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and development staff to resolve problems and improve processes• Must be able to meet deadlines.• Salesforce admin certification is preferred• Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) certification preferred• Conduct and/or Lead Technical Meetings.• Support Agile methodologies and attend daily scrum meetings.• Support team in planning and reporting of projects and project options.
