Freight Payment Analyst Overview: The purpose of FinOps Carrier Payments is to ensure timely and correct payment to our carriers and their factoring company partners through short term issue resolution and long term process and product improvements. This role will be responsible for answering 100+ tickets a month via ZenDesk. As well as owning issue resolution and deep diving on issues as the last point of escalation. The role will also perform internal controls to ensure processes are operating as they should, this is an extremely detailed orientated role. Freight Payment Analyst Requirements:

Previous experience with Zendesk & Gsuite
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
