Experience
Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
Scuba experience is preferred but not necessary-we will train the right person!
Must have an interest in learning to dive/becoming an instructor
Responsibilities
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires
Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers
Establish and maintain connections with existing and new customers
Meet sales goals set forth by management
Always learning new product knowledge related to industry equipment/technology/training
Skills
Scuba knowledge and certification preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
High energy level, self-starting and highly motivated
