Schorie Auto Repair is looking for Customer Service Associate! We have one position available! We are looking to fill this position immediately!
We are looking for someone who is Happy, Friendly and excited about life. You must enjoy talking to people and project a genuine caring attitude. You will be interacting with customers both in person and over the phone. Grumpy people need not apply!
This position includes, but is not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers
- Making "Thank you" phone calls
- Making "CSI (Customer Satisfaction) phone calls
- Making "Next Appointment" reminder phone calls.
- Driving the Customer Shuttle Van
- Typing skills are a plus
- Clean driving record a must
As training progresses, you will be able to:
- Prepare service estimates
- Sell service work
- Communicate sold work to service technicians
Before I continue, let me say. No prior experience in our industry is required. Both guys and gals are encouraged to reply. We will provide any training needed to be successful in this position. ATTITUDE is the key to success.
