Avant Garde is looking to hire both manager & maintenance, team members, both full-time and part-time openings.
We are hiring for properties located in Phoenix, Scottdale & Tempe.
Managers are required to collect rent, serve notices, lease apartments, complete contracts and addendum, track work orders, track turnovers, hold community events & market the community.
Maintenance techs must have a general knowledge of A/C, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance as well as excellent skill in drywall & painting.
These are a fun and exciting jobs that requires a person who is outgoing and a fast learner.
Also, you must have computer skills, great communication skills, and reliable transportation.
