We are looking for an inspired, ethical, and committed professional to join our top-producing team. We are looking for a Unicorn who will act as the "right arm" to our Loan Officer. This position is only for a self-driven individual with a passion for excellence and a strong desire to make clients feel at ease while embarking on the largest financial decision of their life. This fully remote position will require a level of care that matches our own and a very good grasp on using Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.

This role will work directly with clients as well as the Loan Officer and Processor to provide a seamless and expeditious mortgage process along with white-glove customer service. From the initial contact to the close and beyond, the LOA (Unicorn) will be an integral part of the Concierge Team.

The ideal person is part time strategist, part time analyst, part time firefighter, part time therapist and full time team player.

Compensation:

$15 - $20 per hour with bonus potential

Responsibilities:

Establish relationships with referral partners and borrowers

Facilitate the completion of loan applications (digital/phone/in-person)

Help gather and prepare all documents needed for underwriting requirements

Assist with loan files based on specified parameters (running DU/LP, sending closing cost worksheets, etc)

Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns

Maintain current knowledge on mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) procedures and documentation

Communicate daily with Sr. Loan Officers, Processor, Operations staff, Realtors, and clients while working remotely

Put out loan "fires" whenever possible

Maintain CRM with daily updates and milestones

Administrative tasks as assigned

Be a sponge for information/knowledge, always striving to be the best possible at your position

Be a leader, helping us improve our processes and procedures to always deliver a world-class experience to our clients and referral partners

Qualifications:

Ability to analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents, as well as general ways to structure a loan

Interest in obtaining NMLS license is preferred

Must have personal PC and cell phone and ability to work from home

Real Estate experience is a plus

Knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentation is a huge plus

Social Media marketing skills required

Excellent time management while working remotely from home

Highly motivated and goal-oriented

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Must be detail-oriented, organized and have outstanding follow-up skills
