Part Time Dispatcher Needed 15-20 Hours a week for a local Appliance Repair Company.
We are seeking a reliable, professional, motivated and friendly person to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
-Answer Multiple lines. Other skills would include data entry, time management, written communication, organization, billing/invoicing customers and telephone etiquette.
-Dispatching technicians
-Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email. Handle customer complaints while providing resolutions and support.
-Ability to multi task and work well under pressure.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Provide strong customer service/ communication skills for both customers and service technicians.
-Dispatching / Call center experience is a plus.
